Since I wrote most of this issue in 1997 and published it in 1998, the whole world has changed so much. A few years after this issue sold out, I converted the Quark file to a colorized PDF and even though a few mistakes and font substitutions made it through, you get what you pay for and this is going to be free. Obviously the contact info, cultural references and opinions are out of date, but that's what happens when you let decades pass.
